Founded in 1929 by Frank J. Davy, Davy Engineering Co. is today the oldest consulting engineering firm in the La Crosse area. Davy Laboratories was founded in 1975 to provide comprehensive analysis of water, wastewater, soil, sludge and air for governmental entities and agricultural, industrial, business and private parties.
